    Hello everyone,

I have Stripe Express account correlated to Woocommerce Payments but if I get into Stripe Express account I see only Assistance and Settings menu… I should see also Earnings folder due to Stripe Express support documentation…
On my site I got a payment already since March 22 in “Paid” state but I haven’t received funds yet and I can see only the transaction on Woocommerce Payments list in admin panel of my site and its complete process in account estimation date when, always reading on Stripe Express support documentation.
So I am here asking you how I can see that Earnings folder in my Stripe Express account?
And plus since I read in the documentation it needs something like 7 days to complete process and see funds in the account, isn’t there a way to speed it up? Because normally payments by credit cards takes just 2-3 days to complete process and see funds in bank account….

    Thanks in advance!
    Cheers 🙂

Since the website I am working on :
    – previously was hosted on another place with an username administrator and an email and there were no credit cards payments settled but only money transfer;
    – actually it’s hosted in another place with same username administrator as previously but with a different email and settled woocommerce payments connected to Stripe Express;

On Orders admin page I can see some orders in “Paid” state done with credit cards (I can read also ID transactions in Payments page details of the orders), but I opened Woocommerce Dashboard (had to create a new account with the email settled on the website actually) but on Dashboard Orders I don’t see any orders list… why?

And plus since I read in the documentation it needs something like 7 days to complete process and see funds in the account, isn’t there a way to speed it up? Because normally payments by credit cards takes just 2-3 days to complete process and see funds in bank account, plus we have an order paid on March 22 and it’s supposed to see funds yesterday but no funds yet in bank account….

If needed, I can open a ticket pasting url of this conversation and giving some more details in private about website’s woocommerce account…..

Waiting for your answer I thank you in advance!
    Cheers! 🙂

    Hello!

I have Stripe Express account correlated to Woocommerce Payments but if I get into Stripe Express account I see only Assistance and Settings menu… I should see also Earnings folder due to Stripe Express support documentation

Can you link us to the Stripe documentation that says you should see an Earnings section in your Stripe Express account?

The reason I ask is because, in fact, Stripe Express accounts are very limited, and do not provide access to reports and such the way that regular Stripe accounts do. This is because WooCommerce Payments takes this info and moves it all right into your WooCommerce dashboard. This is the main advantage of WooCommerce Payments after all. 🙂

On my site I got a payment already since March 22 in “Paid” state but I haven’t received funds yet and I can see only the transaction on Woocommerce Payments list in admin panel of my site

If you go to **WooCommerce > Status > System Status** and scroll all the way down to the WooCommerce Payments section, what is the account ID listed there? It should be in the form of acct_XXXXXXXXXXX. If you can give us that account ID, we can look into recent payments and when they will be issued for deposit.

And plus since I read in the documentation it needs something like 7 days to complete process and see funds in the account, isn’t there a way to speed it up?

For new accounts, there is a standard 7 day waiting period explained here:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/faq/deposit-schedule/#section-1

There is also a pending period determined by country here:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/faq/deposit-schedule/#section-2

Unfortunately there is no way to speed this up, since it is determined by our payments partner, Stripe.

Do I take this to mean that you have some transactions listed under Payments > Transactions, but *NO* orders under WooCommerce > Orders? If so, that’s a very odd state to wind up in, and it might have something to do with the site migration.

If that’s the case, please contact us here:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

If not, please explain a bit more about what you mean. 🙂 Thanks!

    Hello @adamkheckler ,

First, thank you for your answer.

About Earnings tab I read it here:

    https://support.stripe.com/express/questions/can-i-see-where-my-payout-was-deposited?locale=en-US

about the payment in “Paid” state and the Status->System Status , yes I have something acct_XXXXXXXXXXX … should I give that via ticket support instead of public forum?

About the issue of odd state I already opened a ticket today and I explained in detail about that migration so at least via ticket it can be investigated more….

In the meanwhile, thank you again for your help!
    Cheers! 🙂

    Hey @luigino,

Thanks for pointing out that documentation. To the best of my knowledge, the only place to get transaction information for WooCommerce Payments is inside the WooCommerce dashboard. When I checked inside my Stripe Express dashboard, I’ll I see are notices related to email addresses, spots where I can change my banking information, and tax documents.

If you’re migrating from another system that used Stripe Express, WooCommerce Payments would still set up a new account. That’s the case when moving from one WooCommerce site to another one. Each one will have a separate account.

Since you’ve opened up a ticket, I’d suggest carrying this conversation on via the ticket. That would be best since it may deal with more sensitive information.

    Thanks!
