Usually if this is happening, it is because of one of the following items:
Check Theme Settings:
- Ensure your theme is not adding the subscription form multiple times. Some themes have built-in areas for subscription forms, which can cause duplication.
Widget Area:
- Go to
Appearance > Widgets and check if the Subscription form widget is added multiple times to your footer or other widget areas.
