• We are using Sensei with Sensei Pro but I put this ticket here because the problem concerns this part of the plugin, the free one.

    We have a course created with several modules and in each module, several lessons. The order of the lessons within the modules is vital for their understanding, as it is logical.

    The thing is that:

    1. in order lessons, we order using the jQuery ui-sortable that you have and without problem.
    2. when looking at the front end of the lesson, everything is correct.
    3. but when we go back to order the course or if we add a new lesson, the order is lost.

    What can we do to solve this problem? The truth is that it is important for us and we do not see the way to solve it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @carazo,

    Thank you for reaching out! It looks like you are using SenseiLMS -> Lessons -> Order Lessons for ordering. Have you tried ordering the lessons from the in the Visual editor from the Course Outline block? It might solve the issue for you. You can go to Sensei LMS -> Courses -> Edit (the course you want to edit) and then order the lessons like this –

    Thank you for your advice. Indeed, using that block works.

    But when we then edit some lessons, this particular course has a lot of lessons, everything gets messed up again and of course, there are so many lessons, that it is a real problem.

    Do you have any idea about this?

    The problem, as I said, does not appear when ordering now, which seems to work. When editing the lesson, at another time, the sorting chosen in the block is lost.

    We are using Sensei Pro, maybe this is a problem? But it would have no sense.

    @erania-pinnera,

    Yes, but we had to come here because they were not responding to us at premium support, it’s the first time this has happened to us.

    The contact form does not work, where could we get a contact email?
