Addressed via email with a very sketchy explanation at about 4:30pm ET August 6, 2023.
No mention of the disappeared review though.
Won’t be resolved until after the 8th to see if the funds are still held and claimed to be in a negative balance (which is is not by a large margin).

I can imagine your frustration at this point, I just want to inform you that we have received your last response.
We review tickets in chronological order so kindly wait for our reply via email as account-related issues are a bit too sensitive to be discussed in a public forum.
As for the previous deleted review, then it’s from WordPress.org. I don’t really have context on the reason, but if I had to guess, it’s because you asked for support in a review, which according to the guidelines is not allowed.
That said, I can see you have another review here, although I’m sad to see the one start, I hope you’ll change your mind after the issue is solved. :)
