    Just purchased the Jetpack Backup plugin a few days ago and so far can’t get it working with a poor error message – “An error occurred. Please try again.”. I’ve verified that I can access the xmlrpc.php file and that its only got the single line and no line spaces. (https://isgovern.com/xmlrpc.php)

    I do have Cloudflare in front, but tested without it (pausing the site), also added all the IP addresses for whitelisting and tried removing plugin and adding again, no avail.

    I also have paid support, but so far after days, no reply – which isn’t positive.

    My hosting company has had a look at the configuration, can’t find any issues, even restarted the server.

    Anyone have any other suggestions? I’ve seem to have tried every remediation I can find with no avail.
