Unable to cancel Akismet account

    I have been trying to find where I can cancel my Akismet account as they have again charged my credit card without notification. In my account, selecting cancel just takes me in circles, plus the account page shows that I do not have any subscriptions so why have I been charged?

    I have already sent through a form and have done it again because I provided an incorrect API. I cancelled auto-renew in 2022 immediately after the last payment so this payment should not have been taken out. The user name on the account is something I have never seen before. I don’t just want the plan cancelled. I want my $150 refunded as it should never have been charged in the first place.
