Users start dates resetting randomly

Hi,

We have suddenly had an issue where our students start dates are resetting when they interact with our coursework.

When a student clicks into a new lesson, or logs in then their start date is reset to that time and day – and they can’t access the lessons.

This is causing huge issues, with some students date needing to be reset up to 10 times per day.

I am using Sensei pro, and WordPress & my Sensei plugins are up to date.
