    Vaultpress has not made a backup since april 8th, i am not receiving emails about this.

    Should think that this is enough? Please help.

    Tried the link. I get the message that I am not logged in. When I hit the Please login now or Log in on top the page refreshes but nothing else. No login option, only a chatbot.

    Hi there, @tcoooh,

    Have you tried logging in with the email address tied to this account? If so, you got that error because there is no WordPress.com account with this username.

    The Jetpack connection is tied to a different email address and username which I can’t disclose due to privacy and security reasons. If you recall the email address used to make the plan purchase, you can enter that in the link below to recover the WordPress.com account password:

    https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    In case that doesn’t work, you can also try the Account Recovery Form.

    There seems to be a storage limit block, so we must address it privately; we hope you can access this contact page soon then. Look forward to your reply!

    I never come that far. When clicking the link I come to a page with this sentence:

    You are not logged in. Please login now with your WordPress.com account so we can best support you.

    When I click Please login now the only thing that happens is the page refreshing.
    Same if I click login in the topmenu.
    I don’t get the change to fill in a name and password, it is not showing.

    Hi there, @tcoooh,

    That is very strange. I trust you’re trying to login with the account used to purchase the Jetpack VaultPress Backup plan, can you confirm this to me?

    Could you also try logging in by using a different browser? When the pages go into a loop and can’t lead you to the next page/step, sometimes it’s the browser acting odd.

    Let me know if you make any progress! If not, You can share screenshots of where you’re stuck at, so we have a better idea of what you’re seeing. You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

    It is the browser! Using Brave browser where it gets stuck, chrome is ok. I will continue with the form 🙂
