    Hi,

On the 2nd of August, I decided to configure the Litespeed cache and pointed my site to the following Quic Cloud nameservers:

Ever since then, I noticed that Jetpack stopped recording my traffic. https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/k40nn9p8nrmnt7m82as4r/Jetpack-stats.png?rlkey=e36eo6jmt688btd4iux2kpegm&dl=0

4th and 5th August recorded only 2 visits/ views and I have been wondering if there is anything wrong with my site. Fortunately Google search console and Google Analytics still record my searches, clicks and pageviews but Jetpack isn’t.

So I want to know what the problem may be and how to resolve it.

    Thanks

    Hi @proptrading,

Thanks for writing in with your question.

There is a known issue where LightSpeed Cache’s “Localize Resources” feature can impact Jetpack Stats.

In order to fix the issue, we recommend that you deactivate that feature in “LightSpeed Cache > Page Optimization > Localization”.

I hope that fixes it. Let us know if you have further issues.

    Hell @proptrading

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

    Thank you @thingalon

Yes, that worked. After disabling the localisation cache, pageview stats started showing.
