WordPress.com portal not highlighting any options.

I am having Jetpack and WordPress.com problems with latest versions on my website https://www.androidsage.com
Jetpack and wordpress.com are connected but I cannot change settings from WordPress.com like security protection on/off, can’t fetch plugins, etc.
None of the wordpress.com options are highlighted.
I cannot make any changes from wordpress.com. I can change settings from the Jetpack plugin though. I guess there is connectivity problem.

I also put up an email subscription form popup box in on every page of my website. Made it in Popup maker. However, it doesn’t send any subscription confirmation eamils. Please visit and check.
