    Hello,

    In last weeks I started to have these errors…

    WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now for query SELECT option_value FROM wp8i_options WHERE option_name = 'jpsq_sync_checkout' made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action('shutdown'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->is_locked, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->get_checkout_id

    WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now for query SELECT count(*) FROM wp8i_options WHERE option_name LIKE 'jpsq_sync-%' made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action('shutdown'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Dedicated_Sender::spawn_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Queue->size

    WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now for query SELECT option_value FROM wp8i_options WHERE option_name = 'jetpack_sync_full_status' LIMIT 1 made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action('shutdown'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Sender->do_full_sync, Automattic\Jetpack\Sync\Modules\Full_Sync_Immediately->get_status, Jetpack_Options::get_raw_option

    I tried many things but they are not gone…

    Optimized and repaired database…

    Uninstall and re-install Jetpack plugin…

    Disable Lite Speed Cache Plugin…

    Clear cache…

    Etc.

    Etc.

    Etc.

    Can we fix them?

    Thank you

    Hey @onurparlar,

    Can you please try clearing your transients with a plugin like this one?

    Once you’ve done that, please reconnect to Jetpack:

    https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack

    If that doesn’t help, have you tried deactivating all of your plugins except Jetpack? If not, please do so, then try reconnecting.

    Let us know how it goes!

    Hello @jenhooks

    I tried everything… optimize database, clean orphans, clean cache, clean transients…

    Deactivate plugins, system scans, reconnect jetpack, uninstall and reinstall from beginning…

    Maybe more things I don’t remember right now…

    Also… Turn off mod security didn’t work…

    Nothing worked…

    After 3 weeks try I decide not use Jetpack after 10 years…

    If there is another think you have I’ll try…

    Thank you

    Hey @onurparlar – I saw you mentioned this in your last reply but after discussing with the team, could you please confirm if you have deactivated all plugin except Jetpack and switched your site to default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty to check if the issue still exists?

    Also could you please make sure to do this troubleshoot, you have not used Health Check plugin as sometime Health Check plugin doesn’t provide good results in troubleshooting mode and some plugins continue to work even if troubleshooting mode is active.

    If above step doesn’t help, apart from this, could you please also try to clone your main site on the same hosting provider and check if you are seeing the same database issue there on the cloned test site as well?

    If this also doesn’t help, could you please in wp-config.php file of your site, add below two lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ line.

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    This will create a debug.log file in your wp-content directory. Once you have done that, please try to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack and then go to debug.log file to see what errors it recorded there.

    You can share those errors with us.

    Hello @erania-pinnera

    I tried more things after your message, in that period I had 2 updates. One from LiteSpeed Cache and second one Jetpack…

    Also I started to use @jenhooks suggestion and complete deep database clean… (thank you <3)

    Right now (I don’t know which move fixed) no errors anymore…

    Thank you

    Hi @onurparlar,

    Thanks for the update. I checked with our developers about this issue. At this point, they would like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s happening.

    Could you contact us via this contact form and mention this thread?

    Best,
