WordPress database error Commands out of sync (errors caused site suspension)

Despite the error being very similar to the same topic opened today, I decided to open a new one to show the problem in question in a more specific way, and which in our case is resulting in inconvenience.

Some errors began to appear frequently on the onibusetransporte.com website, until on Friday the company responsible for hosting the website suspended the service for having exceeded the limits established by it, and this being a dedicated hosting. I contacted the company and the owner of the site, and they sent me an error log where these lines appear several times, and the vast majority related to Jetpack:

What happens is that these errors generated spikes in consumption of hosting resources that resulted in the suspension of the site, which I was able to revert with the company, but which would be definitive in an eventual second time. I ended up disabling wp-cron, which in a way eased the problems, but in a few hours, you can see that the peaks are back. I wanted a definitive resolution of the problem so that the customer no longer has problems with the hosting, after all something is wrong.
