WP Instagram Plugin is Not Working

Hello, Scott! I’m Evelyn, one of the owner of [ redundant link removed ], I use Theme Kingdom theme on it. I really thank you a lot for creating this plugin.
Anyway, WP Instagram Plugin is not working right on my site since few weeks ago. I tried to put my Instagram account ‘@kroma.id’ and the pictures didn’t show up. Meanwhile if I put another name, it works perfectly. I’ve asked the developer but we both can’t find any solution.
I am hoping for help. I really appreciate it! Thank you.

What I mean is, if I put ‘@kroma’ then the picture will show up.
But, if I put ‘@kroma.id’ nothing can be seen.
How could you explain this to me? Or help me going through the backend? I really have no idea 🙁
