    Hello,

I am having issues with connecting the woo app to my woo-commerce, which needs to be done via the jetpack plugin. Jetpack are giving the following error, and my hosting provider won’t open up that file, to allow it to connect.

The thing that is confusing me is that I have another site set up with the shop and mobile app (with same hosting provider), but I can’t remember if there was something different I did to get it working (this is it here: https://shorturl.at/iTY78).

Please help, thank you inn advance 🙂

    Hi @peacockcreativedesign

It’s odd that your host says they will not allow access to xmlrpc.php since they are doing so on your other site. It appears your host is Siteground and they are one of our hosting partners, and we have thousands of sites connected with them.

I’d suggest contacting your hosting provider again and asking them to allow our IP addresses listed here:

    Hello,

I attach chats with siteground and also the error message on mobile phone when I try to log in, thank you.

    Hi there

Thanks for the extra details. I checked your site and your Jetpack connection is actually working fine. You can confirm that by entering your site URL here:

From the screenshot you shared, it seems the issue here is instead an invalid response from your site when trying to log into your admin account.

I will check with our WooCommerce colleagues about this and get back to you. Thanks for your patience.

    Hi again

In order to help troubleshoot this issue, could you please contact support directly via the WooCommerce app’s Help section (Settings > Help and Support > Contact Support)? This will send the app logs to the Woo support team so they can investigate and help figure out what is happening.

    Thanks.

Thank you, I have now replied. I have this issue with a few websites, so if you could let me know asap what’s going on that would be fantastic. Thank you 🙂

Hi there Dan, ( @drawmyface ), I’ve not heard anything back from the app developers, is there any chance you can give them a wee nudge for me please. Thank you, M

Hello there – It appears we sent you a response on Feb 14th via email but we are not sure if you have received it so I just reset the response again.

Sometimes this type of email lands in the spam/junk folder by mistake. So, please make sure to check there! Also, if you have promotions or any custom folder set up on your email service provider, you can check there.
