Lone Cabbage Fish Camp

This is definitely a unique Central Florida experience, located where Highway 520 crosses the St. Johns River. Enjoy live music as you take in local favorites like alligator, frog legs and catfish at the camp's on-site restaurant. Get a close-up of the marsh's wildlife, including alligators and migrating birds, all from the safety of an airboat ride. You might even see bald eagles or wild hogs. The 30-minute airboat rides through the river and Lake Poinsett are a great way to experience the nature and wildlife of the region and get some great pics to share with your friends back home. Expect to get a little rush, too, as the boat can go up to 45 miles per hour. Day and night rides available. Sundays feature live country music. Public dock access, as well.
