Canaveral Marshes Conservation Area

For a refreshing adventure outside, go hiking, biking or horseback riding through the Canaveral Marshes Conservation Area in Titusville. This area stretches along the St. Johns River and is home to an assortment of fish, birds, alligators, wildflowers and other wildlife. Set out on the moderately difficult, nearly 4-mile round-trip trail, across marshes, foot bridges and past dikes. Best of all: These marshlands are free to explore, so you can rejuvenate your mind and stretch your limbs, but not your wallet. The trails are open from dawn to dusk.
