Rome's rooftop scene is a drawcard for cocktails and views. Add to that, high end dining by a Michelin one-star chef and AcquaRoof Terrazza Molinari on the top floor of The First Rome Arte Hotel (by The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts) is hard to beat. The talented Daniele Lippi leads the culinary team here and seafood lovers will delight with his menu which boasts caviar and oysters, fresh catches of the day, a selection of crudi from carpaccio to tartare and baccalà mantecato (a northern Italian delicacy of whipped cod fish). Creative pasta dishes include the spiral eliche pasta with lemon, basil pesto and raw pink shrimp and linguine with lobster or sea urchins. A sweet finish awaits with a deconstructed passionfruit cheesecake or the Neapolitan classic, the rum soaked babà. Look out to the magnificent roman skyline while enjoying impeccable service, flowing wine or cocktails at lunch, sundown and dinner time. METRO: Spagna
