Their in-house Cafe Romano (open to hotel guests and non) offers both internal and street access (Via Borgognona) and is a great dinner option on a night in town or a lunch break in between all that shopping. The menu reads likes a list of regional Italian classics and the Roman ones make the cut too. Entrees like sea bass tartare, the famous buffalo mozzarella or San Daniele prosciutto served with creamy burrata and turnip tips.
