Alpenrose Inn

The Alpenrose Inn is an independently owned 19-room hotel, operated by local Hannah Conrad since 1995. The Inn is located in South Lake Tahoe and close to beaches, ski resorts, hiking and biking trails. The hotel is known for it's environmentally-friendly business practices. The rooms are charmingly decorated and include natural toiletries, WiFi, private baths and coffee makers. The hotel includes a sun deck, a garden with a BBQ, an indoor spa and private beach access. Families and guests can enjoy a continental breakfast in the morning. Due to its unique location within walking distance to major destinations, the Alpenrose Inn kindly encourages guests to leave their cars at the Inn and explore the area on foot, by shuttle and in summer time in our open trolleys.
