For families or water park enthusiasts, Atlantis Bahamas is a given. With five hotels in one resort, there’s truly something for everyone. Of course, you probably won’t spend much time in your room. After all, Aquaventure is the main attraction. All overnight guests have access to the 141-acre “waterscape” included in their daily resort fee.
While Atlantis Bahamas is bucket list-friendly, it’s not exactly the most budget-friendly. Expect to pay at least $400 per night plus another $50-$100 per day per person for food and fees. And if you want a water or harbor view, tack on another $50-$100 per night. Of course, if you opt for a special package or know when to go, you can save as much as 25%.
Little Suiter rates
Atlantis does not offer all-inclusive rates; however, it does have its “Little Suiter” rates which include daily breakfast, airport transfers and complimentary cocktails (for two adults). These rates also include daily access to the water park, animal exhibits, fitness center and movie theater as well as Wi-Fi, water bottles, in-room coffee, tea and mini fridge and resort shuttle service.
A “Little Suiter” five-night stay in the middle of March 2023 for a family of four (two adults and two kids under the age of 10) costs the following:
-
The Coral: $821 per night
-
The Reef: $1,105 per night

Additional costs
The Atlantis Aqua Dining Plan – which includes breakfast, dinner, soft drinks, and coffee and tea – costs around $68 per day per person for a family of four (two adults and two children under 12). If you decide to purchase food à la carte, you’ll have to buy food and beverage credits. For every $100 you spend, you’ll get an additional $15 free.
If you’re staying à la carte at The Royal or The Coral, expect to pay a daily resort fee of $59 in addition to 10% VAT. If you’re staying à la carte at The Cove or The Reef, the daily fee is $70 in addition to the 10% VAT. The daily resort fee includes access to the water park, shuttle service between hotels, Wi-Fi, coffee and tea, fitness center access and complimentary reusable water bottles.
If you’re staying at Harborside Resort, in lieu of paying the daily resort fee, you have to pay a daily utility fee of up to $19 per day (depending on which room you’re in). You’ll also have to pay for Wi-Fi (up to four devices). It ranges from $22 for 24 hours of access to $154 for 168 hours of access.
If you’d like to visit the Spa, the Comedy Center or the Business Center, expect to pay a “nominal fee.” And don’t forget to factor in the mandatory gratuity charge for your stay. It ranges from $5-$100 per person per day depending on which room you’re in.
Finally, parking isn’t free. Whether you valet or self-park, plan on paying between $15-$20 per day.
Tips for finding deals
Atlantis participates in holiday sales days, so look for deals around Memorial Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. For example, one 2022 Cyber Monday special was 20% off plus a $250 resort credit. Another way to save is to look for package deals which Atlantis markets as “bundles.” If you book a package that includes airfare and your accommodations, you can save as much as 25%.
