Curbed Atlanta broke news that the 19th century home in Grant Park used for as Rick Grimes' residence in the very first episode of "The Walking Dead" in 2010 is now on sale.
On Cherokee Ave. in Grant Park just across from the park itself, the home with a large front porch has clearly been spruced up on the outside, with no sign of any apocalyptic issues. The 2,156-square foot Victorian is up for sale for $659,000 after major renovations in 2013 gave it a modern look inside.
That's significantly higher than the typical price of a Grant Park home. (The median asking price right now is $421,000.)
Here is a shot from the first episode of him departing this particular home. As you can see, the landscaping has been graded and some steps eliminated.

In case you don't recall, Rick woke up from a coma weeks after the zombie attacks had overtaken his fictional King County. He biked over to his house to find his family absent. Soon after, he met Morgan. I was there as a media representative when Morgan's son whacked Rick on the head with a pan, thinking he was possibly a zombie himself.
The house description does make a sly "Walking Dead" reference:
