Request Your Personal Information
You can submit a data request in addition to accessing a lot of your personal information in Your Account.
To access personal information that is not available in Your Account or in your device (such as your search history):
- Go to Request My Data.
- Select the information that you want to receive.
- Select Submit Request when you're done. Please note that you need to be signed into the account for which you are submitting your request.
- Select the validation link in your confirmation email.
Once your request is processed, a secure download link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

- To submit a request to close your account and delete your personal information permanently, go to Close Your Amazon Account.
