definitely buy it again
I got a lamp for my projection TV. The Asurion coverage was only like 4 bucks for a 35 buck part
The bulb broke and so I made a claim within the coverage period.
There portal and what they ask for was minimal with no explanation of what they wanted... They then denied the claim after requesting the same thing two times.
I provided a screenshot of the purchase from amazon and they said that the picture was not in focus... WHAT? it was a screen shot, not a photo... so it was crystal clear..
We went around and around for weeks while they kept denying the claim... It was a clearly covered loss so they were just trying to piss me off and see if I would go away.
Nope... I'm retired and have all the time in the world to provide them whatever they wanted...
After a few phone calls and using their chat app, they covered the loss.... but not before losing me as a customer forever...
It was a horrible experience for 35 bucks
