Damaged product
First off, I have used the product before and love it. The package I received is damaged and I’m unable to roll the product up in order to use it. I’ve tried to get a replacement or refund and I’m on an infinite loop in the app telling me this product is not eligible to return. So that’s frustrating. Hoping someone will see this and contact me to make it right.
