Great ambience solar lighting
I purchased these lights to go around a fire pit for some added light but didn’t want it to be too bright. These lights are perfect as they are the perfect ambient lighting. They do not attract insects and do not light up the yard enough where neighbors would be bothered. I purchased the 48 feet which has 15 lights and this was just enough to cover my entire area. The light cord appears to be durable and has some weight to it. The bulbs are plastic but appears to be glass due to the clarity. Each bulb has a notch at the top of the cord which could be easily zip tied if you needed them to be more secure or even if you wanted to use a wire to make hanging at higher heights more aesthetically pleasing. The solar case is quite large and comes with a stake and clip for securing. I used the clip and attached it to the top of one of the poles just to offer extra sunlight to it during the day. The weather has been quite over cast recently and the lights continue to come on every night. I plan on taking them down during the winter months so I am hoping they will last for at least a few years. I was going to purchase the same lights from Home Depot but these were a few dollars cheaper on Amazon and the delivery was a day compared to a week at Home Depot. I would definitely purchase these again and hope this review helps with making a decision if they are right for you.
