Not my favorite for airline travel

I had high hopes for this bag. The garment aspect made me buy it and all the extra space that was described made it very appealing. I bought it for a wedding I was traveling to and thought GREAT my dress won't get wrinkled and I'll probably wont' even need to take my roller. After packing the bag, I was pleased that I fit most of the things I would need for a weekend trip however the bag looked very bulky and I was a worried that I would even be allowed to travel with it as a carry one. I'm a light packer so everything I packed was what would be used. I was deeply disappointed with the zippers. They don't close all the way which worried me that everything would just slowly open up. I wished they closed all the way. Lugging this bag is very uncomfortable. I was ready to get rid of it. Made my shoulder hurt just trying to hold it standing. There's no strap to place it on top of your carry on. The handles are a little flimsy. On the plane I tried to put it under the seat, but it wouldn't fit. Thankfully the passenger next to me didn't have a bag under their chair and I was able to fully place it under the seat by laying it across. Overall, this bag is not ideal for airline travel. I'm stuck with the bag now so I'll probably only use for weekend roadtrips where I won't need to haul the bag from one side of an airport to another.

I got this because I was flying a discount airline and wanted to make sure I wouldn't be taken away to be checked. I went away for a week, it held a pair of legging,, 2 pairs of shirts, 5 shirts and a bulky raincoat easily in the clothing section. I had enough space for a pair of sneakers, all my toiletries, underwear and my electric toothbrush and charger as well as a small backpack (with a frame) and zipped up with ease.

The material is water resistant, it doesn't feel like the highest of quality, but it looks great and works better than I expected. I am exceedingly pleased with this bag and expect it to get a lot of use.

I was surprised when I received this how roomy and well-made it was for the price, but the first one I got had a tricky zipper. I really wanted to use it, so I tried to work with it, but it eventually got so stuck that there was nothing I could do, and I had to return it. The second one works great, however.

I use this to transport the dress I wear to LDS temple where I work, and to carry other items I need, but I could easily see myself using this as an overnight or weekend bag, especially if I were attending a wedding or something else where I needed nicer clothes. I love that it's a garment bag and a travel bag in one, so I don't have to carry multiple bags with me.

It's a little bit cumbersome to open it up fully and to close it fully– you definitely need to put it on a bed or the floor to get it zipped back into its bag shape from the garment bag (and vice versa) but it's such a clever design, I don't mind.

Overall, I think it was a great investment. It keeps my hanging clothes looking great and I like the smaller zippered pockets for things like jewelry and my phone.

Tip: Use packing cubes inside to keep your other items organized, especially since you have to take everything out to access the garment bag.

I bought this for my kid for a recent trip because she saw something like it on TikTok. Upon first glance, it was a really nice bag for the money. The storage space actually is excellent and having the combo of the garment bag with the duffle bag makes for tons of extra room. But the design definitely lends to some issues. Having that much storage space means you can actually pack a ton in there…which is awesome…until you have to walk across the airport with a VERY heavy duffle bag. Her back and shoulders hurt a lot by the time she got to her destination. It also isn’t very sturdy. Because the whole bag has to become a garment bag, there’s not quite anything to help it keep its shape. This might lead to the weird weight distribution since the bottom isn’t solid in any way, which again, just makes it hard to carry. Finally, the zippers all need to be zipped up in a particular order or else it gets stuck.

It’s a cute bag and a great idea. I think if you have a rolling bag to attach it to, it would probably be great so then you aren’t slinging it over your shoulder. When my daughter had to choose a bag for our next trip, she definitely went with her old rolling bag.

This bag is perfect! I haven’t had the chance to travel with it yet, but I can say so far I don’t see any issues or concerns with the zippers or materials. The only thing I would say is that the strap could be a bit more sturdy. I’m not 100% sure how durable it will be long term, but so far, this bag seems wonderful and great for traveling. One note, I would say this bag is carry on side and not personal item size. Unless not fully packed, then maybe, but by measurements, carry on size. I have the cream and brown color so it does also have the zipper covers. I’m not sure if all colors have these as the pictures seem different based on color. For me, this is a win.
