It's another Amazon Basic product

It's another Amazon Basic product
It was hooked up with a Optomo Uhz66 projector via hdmi eARC port in the eat-in with a drop down 120in screen. The soundbar is placed on the ceiling and turned up side down and rotated 180 degrees to make left speaker is on the left side.Don't want to use Bluetooth to place it near screen to keep it simple and reliable.Overall, this soundbar is much better than the a speaker that is for system sound only in the projector. As said, it is an Amazon Basic product and don't expect too much out of it.One thing Amazon could do better is to add a few lines of code to send sundbar info to the projector, which is not. Everything only based on ears to adjust Volume as there is no volume info or EQ displayed on the projector screen.

I bought a HUGE Fire TV. Perfect for watching movies. Everyone who visited, loved it. “You have yourself a little theater here, “ said my father. However, I felt as if the standard sound coming out of the television, itself, wasn’t enough. That it wasn’t providing the FULL theater effect.

I decided to search for a compatible soundbar but they were all well over $100. As if Amazon’s Alexa knew me, I saw this particular sound bar that I liked. It didn’t look too bulky and the reviews said that it was quite easy to install. In days, this soundbar dropped right under $100, to $99.99. SOLD!

I LOVE this Fire Soundbar! I love that it is so PERFECTLY compatible with my Fire TV. So much so that I only have to use one, whichever one, to turn the volume up or down. When I turn the television off, using its own remote, the soundbar turns off by itself. So, I never have to worry about it remaining on when it is not in use.

I LOVE that it has three settings, one for dialogue, another for music, and another for movies.

I LOVE that it was so easy to install! Just TWO cables. One for the power and one to connect the television to the soundbar. The shape at the ends of the cable are the same and you can’t get confused because there is only ONE hole with that shape at the back of the soundbar and at the back of the television. If you were good, as a child, at putting the square peg into the square hole and the round one into the round hole, you will certainly get this. I decided to connect the cable so that I would never have to deal with bluetooth connectivity issues/slowness. Connectivity just seems more secure and direct with the cable.

The sound? What a world of difference! Now the package is complete! You get the full theater effect! My family loves to watch movies with me! I love bass. But for those of you who don’t, you are able to make easy adjustments. I LOVE to listen to the introductory sounds right before the movie begins. It makes me feel—-due to the sound—-like I am sitting at the theater.

I also LOVE that if I am in the living room and the television is off, and I just want to listen to some music. I can connect my phone via the bluetooth feature, to my soundbar, and use it as a speaker! How cool is that?

I HIGHLY recommend this little soundbar, especially for those who already have a Fire Television!

Overall this works well with a Fire TV. Everything connect easily and can be used for other devices with Blue Tooth. Has decent sound and ok volume, its good for a low cost option. This isn't your sound bar if you are looking for theatre sound and volumes, but it will work well for a sound boost to lower cost tv.

At first I thought that this soundbar was not going to be very loud because how small it is. It has better than I expected sound and a little bass too. For the price it is a good deal. Plug and play too! I connected it to my Fire tv and it automatically integrated!

We are enjoying this new soundbar. The sound is good. Instructions on how to install could be a little more detailed but like most electronics you will probably hit a snag before you get it to pair on your specific brand or product. I went on Amazon website under troubleshooting and found some user videos that helped us get up and running. The audio cord is only compatible with certain devices so our tv is a bit older and didn’t work so we had to use the wireless Bluetooth option. I even ordered the audio compatible cord separately but didn’t fit any of our 5 tv’s. Hint on Bluetooth: if using an Amazon fire stick for streaming go to home using fire stick remote then settings and pick audio to pair the Fire sound bar. Works great once paired.

Amazon Fire TV Soundbar, 2.0 speaker. Works with Dolby Audio NOT DD+ or DTS. DTS Virtual:X does not use dts codec, it is just enabled on the soundbar like a virtual 3d sound widening eq setting. Through Dolby Digital codec with volume at halfway vocals are clear and it sound pretty nice compared to TV speakers, but at lower volumes clarity is lost. Trying to use both tv speakers and sound bar leads to audio sync issues that your tv options may fix, but probably not 100%. I ended up using an optical audio cable instead of the HDMI, saving me an HDMI port and keeping my CEC capable streaming device "FireTvStickMax" in control of my tv. Sooo, I Must use 2 or 3 remotes instead 1 or 2, fire tv remote, soundbar remote and tv remote if I need to change tv settings... I still don't know which of the tv's digital audio output sounds better, Dolby Digital or PCM? Soundbar lights up green with DD, that makes me feel it could be more surround, but PCM seems 2x louder, lowering the volume they sound the same to me, think more clarity with pcm, but does PCM from tv make it stereo out to soundbar? IDK but I think so, you would think as long as the source is surround/DD then the tv pcm out should contain multi-channel audio. I chose DD at around half volume, I can see 2 lights on the soundbar at half volume... and hopefully its more surround sound capable. I probably should have spent this $ on a real surround sound system, but this has a nice size footprint so it's not in the way and movies are more enjoyable now.

Seems like good quality, install very easy, sound is excellent- but after a week I still could get it to sync. Amazon has no real support for this device either. The hdmi sync completely lacked the range to sync this device. Do not buy until Amazon gets this to work on your fire tv.

To sync this: go to settings; equipment control; add equipment; soundbar; Amazon fire tv soundbar; follow prompts- I had to do the prompts several times before it worked correctly. Go to display & sounds; audio; av sync tuning and follow prompts to adjust sync
