Update November 2023 - Post Workout Recovery and Travel
So I have now used the sauna blanket for a few weeks at three times per week. Typically used in the evening and not always immediately following a workout. I set the tempurature at its highest rating and up to 45 minutes per session. I have used regular dry saunas over the years and am used to the heat and I am happy with the way the blanket heats up and the sweat I get after a session. The sessions are relaxing and I have done different things to relax such as listening to music, calming podcasts, reading and even part of a movie. I like the slots for the hands and arms as it is convenient for reading or checking the tempurature settings and time. I don't think there is a noticable loss of heat with the slots unzipped and my arms outside of the blanket.I'm 6'4" and the blanket covers my shoulders, lying straight with my feet up against the bottom seam. The zippers can be tough to work and I think that a pull tab on the inside to augment the one on the outside would be a plus. I will use a lubricant and see if zippers move easier.Overall good size and comfortable when used in conjunction with a cushioning pad underneath or on a bed. I will be using it for traveling soon and I think the blanket should come with a carry case right out of the box so it would be easier to travel with.I'm please with the purchase and I can now get a "sauna" at home or on the road without trying to find a spa or a gym that has those amenities.Update November 2023I've used this blanket for just under a year and have traveled with it extensively. I never received the carry case made for the blanket so I fold it into quarters and place it at the bottom of a large luggage and place my clothes on top. Not all that convenient, but gets the job done.The bag is showing seroius signs of wear. The zippers on both sides lost teeth and I have to be very careful when zipping it closed. The seams at the bottom have torn out. It still maintains a decent heat and I still use it but not sure how much use I have out of it. I guess for the price its expected to be replaced after a while.I reduced the stars from four to three becasue the material quality. The blanket still works, and maybe if you don't travel with it then it might last longer.

Love the product truly think it helps with hurt knee. Bought it 9 months ago and the zipper just melted apart. Looking for a replacement 🤷‍♂️
