Once the unit turned on, Kneading and Rolling Mode + Air Pressure Mode will be activated automatically in its default setting.

MODE 2: MASSAGE MODE

Press the "Mode" button once, it will change from DEFAULT MODE to MASSAGE MODE only.

MODE 3: AIR PRESSURE MODE

Press the "Mode" button twice, it will change from DEFAULT MODE to AIR PRESSURE MODE only.

Worth every Penny!
I was having buyers remorse when the package came—- I felt guilty spending money on myself. But Mama doesn’t get her feet rubbed anymore! I have used this foot massager EVERY DAY SINCE I BOUGHT IT! I love it. I don’t really know what else to say…. It. Feels. So. Good.

Oh my gosh. I love this! Great quality, great massage, and I treat myself to this twice a day! Have recommended to three friends and all have purchased and love it as much as I do. Worth every penny. If you like a soft foot massage this might not be for you, but if you like a true foot massage - this is your choice. It is quiet, gives pain relief, and I will never be without this in my home.

After purchasing the massager and using it for a week. I found that it does not target the heel as much as I would like. I had been having problems with either a heel spur of plantar fasciitis. The pain is still there and no relief is given in that specific area. I do want to note that it is a good massager for the rest of the foot, mid way to the toes. It is very comforting and relaxing. Also I have tile floors so the suction feet are a plus for me. Overall the product is a 3 out of 5 for me.

I just received this today and had to try it out immediately. The massage is great without being painful and hits in all the right places. I absolutely love the air pressure setting, and the heat just adds to the greatness. I have terrible foot pain all the time, and this is already helping alleviate that pain. This will be great for using at night after the new school year begins!

I wear a Women's size 9-10 shoe and my husband wears a Men's 8.5-9 shoe and we both felt that the fit was tight. I do not think that this is suited for anyone who wears a larger size. I have difficult feet with some nerve pain issues and, for me, the rollers are just too intense even with no air. I ended up with bruises on the bottom of my feet--especially the outside edge of the bottom of my feet. My husband who has zero foot issues absolutely loved it the first few times and then he started developing red pressure spots on the top of his feet. He uses it on low air and only one cycle/day. I love the concept, but I just wish that the rollers were made of a slightly softer material or there was more padding between the rollers and the foot. I put my hands inside to feel and, IMO, the outside edge rollers are too large and yet I didn't feel much of anything near the arch which seems like would be an area for a larger roller due to most people's arch. I am going to try another--hoping it works better.

Listen - if you are a nurse, CNA, phlebotomist, PT, anyone who walks for 12-14 hours a day nonstop - you NEED this. My feet ache, cramp and burn after my 13-14 hour shifts and NOTHING has helped...until now.

Ok, it's not perfect. It takes a while for the heat feature to get going, but that's ok, I keep this baby on for at least an hour every time I use it. By 20 min in, it's getting very warm and toasty.

The first time I used it - OMG I thought it hurt 😆 nope, I just had my piggies positioned too far back. You have to figure out how to position your feet in this thing to get what you want. Larger feet will probably want to be further back, smaller feet (like mine) have to be ALLL the way to the front.

This thing is a godsend. And it is STRONG. Serious compression, moderate massage (once you get your feet positioned correctly, get the rollers off the bony points, and onto the muscles, tendons and ligaments.) It takes some repositioning.

Now that I'm used to it, and learned how to position my feet in it, I actually wish it was stronger, but that definitely took a few uses...

Only gripe is that it doesn't have rollers in the heel area or side ankle areas. (Again, I have size 8 womens feet, bigger feet will feel the rollers further back.) Major compression in those areas, which is great, but I could use a roller on these heels and some massage on the sides of my ankles.

This massager is not for the lady of leisure looking for a gentile foot rub - this is a serious deep tissue muscle and hard compression massage for working feet!! The kind that sort of HURTS when you're getting it (it does!) but feels like you're walking on clouds when you're done.

I'm only mad at myself that I haven't had this thing for the past 10 years. What was I waiting for? Oh yeah...this. get it.
