It works! I had some tree growth that had established roots which I could dislodge with difficulty. I recommend getting to the gutter cleaning before that! I also recommend working in 3-4 foot sections, driving the contents to the downspout. It is light weight and easy to handle, with comfortable grips. It would be nice if the head could be locked into position. That is the only reason I did not give it a 5-star rating. I figured out I could press the head against the insides of the gutter to reposition it. I did not think to take a before picture. I have attached after pictures of the gutter and a pile of the contents removed. Plan to do the cleaning on a nice warm day, or wear rain gear. You will get wet.

Our gutters hadn't been cared for in years (rental), and had significant growth in them. We were quoted upwards of $800 to get them cleaned! Figured we'd try this out. There is a learning curve on how to angle it, but once you figure it out this really powers through even dirt and weeds that have been growing for years. You WILL get wet and dirty if your gutters are as bad as ours, so expect that. Also expect if the gutters are this bad, that you may end up with clogged downspouts, so if you can remove them before you start, do so. The pressure and trying to keep this steady though is a work out, and even taking turns we were all very sort after using it.

The ability to slip this in the slot between the top edge and the bottom edge of leafguard gutters is excellent. You can angle the head to fit in perfectly, and then move it gently towards the downspout (being careful not to be too rough and scrape the powder coated surface). Do it on a warm day because you are likely to get sprayed a bit from time to time, especially if your Leafguards have bends in the runs. This product is lightweight aluminum includes a water shutoff valve so you can turn on the hose bib without spraying water in unwanted directions. I would consider this well made and would definitely purchase again.

As a final note, I will say that I was surprised at the amount of junk and wasp nests that I flushed out of our gutters. LeafGuard gutters are very expensive and advertised as self-cleaning, but they are not, so get one of these to flush out your gutters periodically.

I was looking for something to help spray out the gutters on my first floor and bought this. Fully extended, it gave me enough height to reach the gutters (I'm about 5'10" tall) with a bit of an angle. I was impressed by the water pressure too - it's not going to be even close to what a pressure sprayer can do, but the pressure is enough to want to pull at your arms as you extend it. Word of caution - make sure you either have it fully extended or you twist it tight to the length you want, because if you don't twist it tight, it'll fully extend when the water pressure hits it.

The only con I can find is that the adjustable angled nozzle easily bumps into things and changes the angle. If they made that angled nozzle more secure, this would be perfect.

This is a difficult review. Right off the bat, the product is fine. It seems to be manufactured well and all the connections are tight. My problem has more to do with the method - spraying the gutters clean. Aside from the massive waste of water, it's a messy job. The dirt was all over me, all over the side of my house, in and around window frames and screens. The water also forced a lot of the dirt down the gutter drains, which created clogs that I had to remedy. As much as cleaning it out by hand might be a pain, at least its clean and doesn't waste a lot of water.

Still, I give the product 4 out of 5 stars because it does what it's supposed to do - shoot water out of the 6 foot poll. The loss of one star is because the nozzle will not aim straight, which would make cleaning my house a bit simpler.
