For the price, everyone should at least give this one a try for your next event! I ordered this for a wedding where my husband was a groomsman and would be wearing a tux. I LOVED this dress! It took me a minute to get the straps adjusted to make the upper bodice lay right (short torso and smaller chest), but once I got them where I needed, the dress fit perfectly! I like the satin material, which elevates the look, and even liked the midi length (first time wearing that length) -- super flattering! The dress was comfortable for an outdoor ceremony in May in the MS delta heat and for chasing my 4 year old (who was the ring bearer) around before the wedding and during the reception. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars was that I had trouble steaming all of the wrinkles out from it being folded during shipping. Other than that, it's perfect!

In addition, the dress I received was a lot more dull in color than the pictures on Amazon. I thought I was getting a light blue dress and when it arrived it was a blueish grey.

Overall, I would not recommend this dress to those with an athletic or tall build and wouldn’t recommend it to those with a smaller chest or wide rib cage either.

It was quite the job to iron it and make sure all the ruching at the top of the dress sat right. My biggest complaint is how easily it shows water. Even getting the smallest splashes of water from washing my hands would appear on the dress. It was also very warm the day of the wedding and sweat from my back and butt soaked through the dress during the ceremony - how embarrassing!!! So if you don’t sweat easily or if it’s not a hot summer wedding, I’d recommend!

Had some water drip on me and the stain was permanent, did not dry all night, by the end of the night the dress made me look like i was a slob with all the stains and i only know where two stains came from, the rest just kept popping up all night. It is a gorgeous dress made me feel beautiful wearing it and it was so comfy! Just wish the material didn’t stain as easily, i have never owned a dress that water could stain.

Could of went with a large but the sizing charts confused me so i bought an XL still fits perfectly i am in love and glad I found this dress as the wedding I am attending is 5 days away haha comfy material fancy enough to be formal/casual even a perfect dress for a fancy date night
