Bought this for myself as the water in my office tastes pretty bad, overly chlorinated. It makes the water taste neutral and keeps the water cold. The only downside is how small the opening is, can sometimes be difficult getting Ice in there.
Recently the bottle lid wouldn’t stay closed. There was no damage to the lid but it the catch wouldn’t engage. I sent an email to Philips support and after some communication, me sending a video and proof of purchase, the fantastic service person, Sylvia, arranged for me to get a replacement lid.
I actually got an extra one in the mail a few days later so am now coordinating to return that one as I assume it was a shipping error to send me two instead of one.

- The small round opening of the filter should be facing UPWARDS.
- If you are experiencing difficulty in sucking water out of the straw, it may be due to an incorrect installation of the filter.
- Please refer to the icon on the filter cover for the correct orientation.
If you find it hard to suck the water out, please do the following troubleshooting:
- Check whether the new filter has been rinsed. If not, please rinse the filter before use.
- Check whether the filter is installed upside down. Please follow the instructions to reinstall the filter properly.
- Check whether there is too little water in the bottle. If yes, please add enough water.
- Check whether the straw is not installed properly or damaged. If yes, please reinstall the straw or contact the after-sales service.
- If the mouthpiece is disassembled for rinsing and cleaning, check whether the mouthpiece is reinstalled properly. Please reinstall the mouthpiece in place properly.
Can I use hot water in this bottle?
- The Philips GoZero Everyday water filter bottle can only be filled with municipally treated ambient tap water (5℃ to 38℃/41F to 100F). If the water temperature is out of the advised temperature range, the filtration performance will be affected.
How can I clean the mouthpiece?
- It is recommended to clean the Everyday Bottle every day. If it gets mold on the mouthpiece, you can brush it with mild detergent and a bottle brush.

Bought for an upcoming trip overseas where water is not the best so not used there yet. I love the color. Bottle is a good size (compared in pic against a normal drinking glass) is lightweight, and has a nice rubber loop that doesn't come off. Has a little filter that goes in inside "straw" at the top which comes off to mount. Says to change monthly with frequent use. Only comments are that the opening is only 1 1/2 inches wide so you will need a long brush to clean inside. Also if you're not using for a while make sure to take all apart including removing the inside straw because water does get trapped in there so prevent mold to build if you can avoid it. I felt it was easy to sip. Bottle has to be held vertically of course to get liquid. As far as taste, frankly water in my area is good so hard to tell right now if "bad" water will taste different. I'm pleased so far but will update after my trip next month.
