SJWADD, like its predecessor (SJWs Always Lie, taking down the thought police), is another great read. Though not as sprinkled with humor, it continues the vivisection of Social Justice Warrior modus operandi. No one is immune, especially if one works within any enterprise which has an HR department. If the company you work for has a code of conduct (which it previously never needed) you can be quite assured it is in the process of being converged.

“Hey, you’re a valuable member of the team,” he assures you. “I’d hate to lose you, especially over some crazy nonsense like this. All you have to do is attend a one-day diversity class and you can put this whole thing behind you.”

Only a one-day diversity class? One need only have paid attention to the news concerning any modern educational indoctrination center of good-speak to understand where many SJWs get to practice prior to having a go at you. Four years of Social Justice down the pie hole. You shall be assimilated, or you shall be gone. As the author says, vetting the people you hire is a must. (If the candidate went to Mizzou and majored in Women's Studies, that might well be a red flag.)

SJWADD is more about their tactics at the business / corporate level than the personal. Google, Intel, Disney, it does not matter. Any enterprise where an SJW can work their black magic they shall attempt to do so. HR is their preferred local for their mother-dearest oversight of all that is googly good.

Vox Day has again done a service to people who wish to protect their jobs, and even reputations. To understand how effective SJWADD is, it's all over Twitter - social justice warriors screaming REEEEEEEEEEE. The upcoming Castalia House ALT-HERO comic was fully funded within four hours. Moar REEEEEEEEEEE from the Justice Warriors. MARVEL-ous. Get it?

SJWs thought they owned video games. Gamergate taught them otherwise. The Rabid Puppies destroyed any credibility the SJW converged Hugo Awards once had. Social Justice Warriors Always Double Down. The NFL, having an element of convergence within it, is even now being taught a lesson in civility by its fans.

If one is not familiar with how SJWs operate, I recommend SJWs Always Lie as the precussor to Always Double Down. They're both fun to read, chock full of information, and might just save your career or your business.

There is no slacking off the pace or letdown here. “SJWs Always Double Down” took the dial “SJWs Always Lie” at set at 9, and turned it up to at least 12. Vox Day continues from the individual approach in “SJWs Always Lie,” extending into defense for organizations. This is a key reference for dealing with SJWs and their fellow travelers, an immunization and treatment reference for a combination of “Mein Kampf,” “The Communist Manifesto,” and “Rules for Radicals.” It provides many of the basic and advanced techniques for saving yourself and your organizations, and provides reference for further thought and application. I will buy copies for friends and associates who are at risk.

Vox refreshes the SJW Attack Sequence as a beginning, and matches it with the SJW Organizational Convergence Sequence. Convergence shows how SJWs influence or seize operational control of corporations, non-profit organizations, or foundations (included open source code organizations). This was an “Aha!” moment for me, and probably for many others. A lot of seemingly unconnected small things and annoyances merge into a terrible coherence. Disparate threads of social consciousness, “right thinking”, non-judgmental behavior, and imposed random diversity can be associated with lost productive time, monetary and financial losses, and lost or disgruntled customers. Obviously, the SJWs will do everything that point-and-shriek, word games, and false logic can do to paper this over. Understanding how the convergence works, its causes, and likely infestation centers make it easier to defend and then counterattack. The book is valuable for this alone, but there’s more.

Discussion of the standard SJW attacks lead to an easy introduction to the classics. Much of the SJW assault toolkit can be easily undone by applying Aristotelian logic and rhetoric in firm, short doses. Follow this introduction, and go back to read the source documents (local library, or free on-line books). Be patient and read for the message. It’s not as hard as you may think. Aristotle himself noted that many people cannot be persuaded by dialectic discussion and logic; they listen only to emotion and rhetoric. SJWADD gives many examples of how to apply rhetoric to defend yourself and what you hold important, and also how to counterattack and win. The examples are horrifying and hilarious by turn, but there are lessons to be learned and applied from them.

Chapter 7 is an excellent description of the SJW mind, and how it works at variance to how many successful, happy people think. This exposes the doctrine behind SJW strategies: they are in great pain; they lie continuously about their condition; therefore everyone else must suffer at least as much. So, lie and deceive until you goal of misery for all is achieved. Reading about the SJW minds, it flaws, and the lengths they go to for sell-affirmation made me sad for them, but even more determined that they can’t be allowed to cause further harm to my family and friends.

I anticipate many one-star reviews within the next 3-4 hours, heaping scorn, concern, accusations of meanness and intolerance, etc., and at least one demand to censor this for hate speech. The reasons are simple: SJWs always lie, and SJWs always double down. The explanations are in the book. To paraphrase Dr. Seuss, "Read and wonder, wonder and think. How much nonsense can fifty-five SJWs plink?"

Pretty good. That this type of book is written or needed is in itself a clear indication of the times in which we live. Somewhat repetitious and echoes a lot of what the author said in his previous book on the same topic. Otherwise a fair analysis of the PC/SJW phenomenon and how it impinges on both individuals and organizations. The author names names and organizations which clarifies a lot of what you see in the news. Interesting analysis of the ides of "convergence". A little shy on actual strategies for dealing with this. The topics of liberty, free speech, the first and fourth amendments, bias in the media, surveillance by the deep state, manipulation of data by big tech, etc. are all relevant here. Turns out Orwell was very prescient about the direction in which we were headed, where, in fact, we now find ourselves. A worthwhile read.

With the rapid rise of extremely politicised far-left activism in and around the workplace, knowing the signs and being able to protect both yourself and your business from people who will destroy you, your co-workers, and your firm without a second thought is vital. Whether you're running a charity, a church, a FTSE 100 company, or anything else involving your fellow human beings, these people are out there, and they are likely as not already burrowing into your group, trying to gain power and influence, and ultimately trying, though they might not consciously realise it, to destroy it.

Fortunately, Vox Day (voxday.blogspot.com), has written both this and  SJWs Always Lie: Taking Down the Thought Police (The Laws of Social Justice Book 1)  as a guide to stopping social justice warriors and their ilk. Having had plenty of first-hand experience of their behaviour, he knows what he's talking about, and has written both books in an easily accessible and understandable manner, and with plenty of examples to show you how it proceeds and to help you identify the common threads.

It's a sad day when books like this even need to be written, but that's the world we live in, and sticking your head in the sand and hoping you'll be seen as nice enough to be left alone won't work, and will just mean you're unprepared when the resident SJW clique decides they want your scalp. There is no magic bullet that can protect you from their depredations, but at least with SJWAL and SJWADD you'll be prepared and able to fight back effectively.
