  • 4-Stage Filtration - The Survimate water filter bottle adopts a composite filter technology, can reduce most contaminants. The filter element uses a coarse filter screen, a 0.01μm hollow fiber UF membrane, a sediment PP membrane and an activated carbon fiber to reduce chlorine, bad odor and intercept heavy metals, sediment, soil, organic matter and other impurities, etc.
  • Smaller Filter Pore Size - The filter pore size of the hollow fiber UF membrane is 0.01 microns so that it can filter out 99.99% harmful materials from the water while other brands' filter pore size is only 0.2 microns. The smaller filter pore size, the higher filtering accuracy.
  • Built-in Compass - When you are camping or exploring outdoors, the built-in compass at the top of the water bottle can help you identify the direction.
  • Long Lifespan - The filter element can filter up to 1,500L (396 Gallons) drinking water and can replace 3,000 single-use plastic bottles (500ml). Proper use and maintenance of the water filter can prolong its service life. But for optimum performance, the filter element should be replaced every 3 months. NOTICE: This water bottle cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher.
  • Tips - Fill up the bottle with water, sip the straw 8 to 10 times, then you will get fresh water (It requires more suction than ordinary bottles to suck water out, because the water needs to be filtered through 4 layers). When in use, do not block the silicone hole next to the straw because air pressure is indispensable if you want to suck the water out. But when not in use, it is best to press the adjustable straw back and press it tight, otherwise water will leak out through the silicone hole.

I purchased the SurviMate filtered water bottle for myself and my son for a recent trip to Costa Rica. My only regret is not making this purchase sooner. We bought 1 bottled water throughout our entire 2 week trip. Our SurviMate water bottles saved us money and decreased the amount of plastic waste during our trip. We would fill out water bottles each morning with tap water from our hotel room and refill at various places throughout the day...public bathrooms, changing areas by national parks, restaurant washrooms, etc.Even though most of the tap water in Costa Rica is safe for human consumption, it has a distinct mineral taste. The SurviMate filtered water bottle was able to filter out that taste.Another advantage to the SurviMate filtered water bottle is it fits perfectly in a standard side pocket on a backpack or travel bag. The clip came in handy for my son during our hikes on hot days so he could fasten the water bottle to his cargo shorts/pants and leave the backpack behind.***Important note for first-time users...there will be a blackish coloring to the water during the first several sips you take when using this water bottle for the very first time. Don't panic. It's due to the activated charcoal in the filtered straw. I would suggest sucking & then spitting the water out for the first several sips. I was looking for a filtered water bottle so that I can start drinking better filtered water instead of plastic water bottles with the microplastics and came across this did a little research on YouTube and the reviews were pretty good so I ordered it and follow the instructions did the four sips four to six sips when I first got it to activate all the filters of course you have to spit the water out and then after that had no problems with it water was perfect tasting right out the faucet I mean the water was so clean tasting bottled water I'm never going back to and the four stage filter you can pretty much drink water from any water source will clean water source and have it filtered out so I highly recommend this water bottle

I love this water bottle for travel. I have used it in about 8 different countries during my travels. It’s convenient to fill up wherever I find a fountain, bathroom sink, etc. during the day. You save time and money by not having to constantly purchase water. It has never leaked inside my backpack and sometimes I use the clip to hang on my strap while walking around.
I gave one to a teacher friend that is concerned about the water at work and can’t bring in a big jug so now she can fill it up at school and not be dehydrated. I highly recommend this water bottle and have nothing negative to report about it.

Is a great idea, hopefully it fits wyatt it says. I was tired of buying bottled water - my city's tap water tastes awful. The compass on top is cool for someone that likes to wander into the unknown. The reason for the 3 stars is that in the package they was only a sheet with instructions on how to clean the bottle before its initial use and storing for extended periods. There were no instructions on cleaning the filter element and after trying to rinse it out a few times I kept getting a mold aftertaste. It took soaking it on the water bottle for a full day then rinsing both with hot water to get the taste out. I saw other reviews about it being tough to get much water when drinking and I found that if you don't tilt the bottle and just drink from it like you were drinking iced coffee or soda from a cup with a straw gives you the best results. So if you're hoping to gulp the water this bottle isn't for you
