    I had never purchased anything from Amazon renewed, if they would have sent me this saying it was brand new I would have believed them. All bags were sealed, everything was shipped in the manufacturer packaging. The sound bar is so easy to set up and works really well! For $120 this is an incredible value especially considering it supports Dolby Atmos. I would absolutely recommend this! If your TV has a HDMI ARC connection, just connect that to the one on the soundbar and done, it's as simple as that! The next time I see something I want and there's an Amazon renewed version you can bet I will try it. When I look through the reviews other people said they couldn't tell the difference between this and a brand new one either.

    I got this refurbished at a pretty good discount for it supposedly just being something returned or whatever. However I am literally missing both wires to power the soundbar and subwoofer. Instead I have two wires that don’t even go to these items. How this happens I have no idea. I am not returning anything because I may want those wires myself later and it is cheaper to just get the correct wires myself. 2 stars because the product works well however I am extremely dissatisfied with the state my item arrived in.
