Flexible bowl with reinforced ring. This is soooo QUIET! The automatic feeder drops food for the pup every 4 hours and the last bowl was a melamine type… very hard. Sounded like marbles dropping on the floor! This bowl is now quieter than the hum of the dispenser itself. I cannot fully express how thankful I am to not be woken up at night because of this feeder anymore. The adjustable depths of the bowl provide the perfect flexibility to get the right fit. Simply wonderful.

Likes: The depth and width of the bowl. I have a mastiff and his snout fits in this bowl comfortably. The product is lightweight and collapses easily.
Dislikes: There are different prices for each color. The bone shaped water bottle holder does not hold a normal 16 oz plastic water bottle. The first day using it I had to keep checking to make sure it wasn't going to pop off. Later that day on our second walk, the bottle fell out of it. The caribbeaner is cheap and broke the second time we used this.

I just got a message from Bonza, apologizing for the defective bowl and offering me a full refund. They asked for nothing in return, no adjustment to the review, nothing. When you think about how many of these they sell each month, for them to take the time to address a single customer is amazing to me. I wish more companies were like this. I will 100% be looking for more to buy from them, based on this.

I attached this to the outside of my camel pack and within just a few days of use the bowl had separated from the plastic ring. It's a nice design and it works well enough, but it's not rugged. I think it's probably well suited for being stored inside a car and used occasionally. I'm going to have to find something different though for our morning hikes.
