Taking care of my mom who is incontinent of bowel and bladder and bed bound; unable to express awareness regarding waste.... these pads are used as inserts (larger side pointed near the rectum but not past it) inside of the disposable underwear. It keeps urine off from the skin and is easily absorbed into the pad. There is no discomfort with the inserts, and they never leave marks on her legs. The material on this brand is extremely soft and flexible while still being absorbent.
When a bowel movement occurs, the inserts have prevented the waste from being pushed upward. The insert has to be placed correctly, but it does help reduce issues with waste spreading and causing more issues.
Originally, I used another well-known name brand, but the pads were folded at the ends and the adhesive was not sticking at all. Luckily, I found these. They have been a better product and working quite well for us. I would recommend them to anyone in the same situation, but also for someone capable of dealing with incontinence on their own. These pads are very soft and adhere where they are placed.

They work well
A few situations I've been in they have done there job well. They are softer than other brands I've tryed with less friction or chafing. The pads packaging are a little loud getting into, but they tear open easy. I feal confident using them. I'm getting a subscription next time.
