Very thin glass ---my wife had just made a full pot of coffee and was pouring a cup when the glass broke at the neck of the pot almost causing her to be scalded ---the pot itself didn't break just at the neck glass is very thin ---might be a defect ---if is made that way --they need to change it.

I purchased an extended warranty for a Keurig Supreme Plus coffeemaker for "just in case". Well, the coffeemaker stopped working 1 month after its normal 1-yr warranty. I followed the instructions per the warranty, filled out a claim form, and shipped it to the ASURION address. After they received it, they determined it could not be repaired and immediately sent me an Amazon gift card for the full purchase price. I am very satisfied with the warranty service. The only challenge was to find a box to ship it in-- OF COURSE I didn't save the original box-- I ususally do, but for whatever reason I hadn't this time. ASURION paid for and supplied the shipping label, so all I had to do was drop it off at UPS. Very easy!

I was expecting a bit of a hassle with my claim. It turned out to be, one of the easiest, most pleasant, nicest transaction, I've ever experienced,
regarding this type of thing. This is the first time I've filed a claim with Asurion. I presently have about a half a dozen or so protection plans active with them. I hope my covered issued merchandise stands the test of time. If not, I feel rest assured, Asurion will go beyond my expectations. I'm considering enrollment, to their blanket insurance product, when purchasing through Amazon. I know, there are times, when your not certain of the Quality of an item, especially when shopping on-line. Asurion takes the fear out of making that purchase. Returned a Nutribullet juicer because it stopped working. Filed a claim with Asurion through Amazon. Received detailed return and repair instructions. The return process was very convenient and updates via email were consistent. Unfortunately, the product was not repairable so a refund was issued (unit price only, sales tax was not refunded) to my Amazon account.

Had to file a claim on an item purchased 2 years ago. Item was still covered under 3 year plan and without hesitation the claim was approved and shipping label was emailed. Once return was scanned in at ups credit for replacement was sent to my Amazon account within an hour. Very much recommend this service based off of my experience. The associate assisting me was very pleasant and thorough.

I should have just sent it back to Amazon. Asurion is the worst to deal with! Peaking to people that don't understand English. They sent me a mailing label three times after the item was already inspected and was not repairable. Had me submit two different claims for the same item. said they would send a warranty put doesn't include tax. Then didn't! Contacted them again and they told me I had to take the idem in to see if it could be repaired after they already had it. How do I take it in for repair when they have it? Worst people I ever delt with. Bought item on black Friday sale. Had to buy a new on NOT on sale for $60.00. more. Why you sell that insurance is beyond me.
