It did not expire, and the woman I called for customer service regarding this damage was extremely rude and short with me. I’ll never use asurion again. If I could I would leave 0 stars.

I bought a speaker for my son last Christmas and he loves it… uses daily walking around with this speaker on wheels. So funny! Well the speaker would be plugged in for a few hours and say it was charged but when you turned it on to play songs before you could pick one it died. It wasn’t holding a charge for some reason… I had bought the 2 year insurance plan and contacted them and with in an hours or so I had a gift card for Amazon in the amount I paid for the speaker. Great insurance and super easy to deal with!!
