They made the process so easily I just followed instructions given to me and was able to file my claim. After 10 days I was able to get a refund that the original company would not cover.
My comica broke months ago & it’s so difficult to get through the claim process successfully because they’re email/ communication setup is horrible . After submitting my initial claim I have to use the chat form status updates & the next steps bc the website doesn’t give you claims and they do not communicate to my email address.
Most recently I began the claim process again in November. Providing pictures and receipts one after another (bc it would be too convenient for me to submit all at once). After a couple weeks the claim was successful I returned the item and am awaiting a gift card to rebuy the item.
No email confirming they received my items but customer service is very efficient. They confirmed receiving the item when I inquired 12/8 & said I would receive the gift card via email by 12/15 still no email.
So, because the website is stupid and doesn’t give me a status update, I’m preparing to talk with the chat agent for 30 minutes and pray for a resolution.
Please help me lol I just want to buy your same item again. Way too difficult!
