Better than $100+ studio monitors
I originally purchased the PreSonus Eris 3.5 studio monitors for my desktop setup. Upon testing them out, I throught the bass response on them was pretty terrible.I ordered this Creative soundbar and subwoofer to compare the two, and this setup blew the PreSonus' monitors out of the water for $20 less.The bass sounds SO much better, and overall sound quality is great.The main downside for me is that the lit up text on the front of the soundbar never shuts off, so it's right in your face all the time. I have it partially covered up by my Stream Deck, as you can see in the photo.I also 3D printed 2 angled risers for under the soundbar to point it up toward me while I'm sitting at my desk, by default it's too low when used on a desk, that wouldn't be a problem if you used it for a TV.
