We LOVE this crate. I started with the small size for my new 2lb puppy and now have moved to the medium size since she has gotten a little bigger. I will say it is a PAIN to get together, definitley need 2 people but once it is put together it truly is a hardcore crate. Highly recommend this over the basic metal cage.

First, I want to address the reviewer that posted the picture of the crate edges not lining up - that is user error. The crate admittedly is a little tricky at first, however once you get it, you’ll find it very easy afterward.

The crate is very nice looking, and the accessories of the dog pet bed, crate-attached bowl, and frozen treat stick are all great! The crate also comes with a divider for puppies with reasonable options.

They really should include instructions with the product. You have to scan them and then look at it on your phone, which really sucks, and as we can see from one reviewer results in some putting it together incorrectly.

However, the clean look and useful accessories prevent me from wanting to reduce any stars. I also find the opening mechanism very smooth, and there’s no risk of the gates accidentally locking.

Great job Diggs. Now make a crate cover…

I love this crate because it's super sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. I read another review where someone thought it was flimsy and that has me confused. I tried a standard cheapy crate before this one and it was a piece of junk compared to this crate. My only complaint is... there are small pieces of plastic that cover the sharp edges of holes that the puppy divider slots into. After a couple weeks of having my puppy in the crate, I started seeing these small, chewed up pieces that he had removed from the inside of the crate. I was really surprised that a company like Diggs, who touts safe crates, would have missed this. It was no big deal because our puppy didn't eat them....but other dogs could very well eat these pieces and end up with an obstruction. The sharp edges on these holes are not really very sharp. If you choose to buy this crate, I suggest prying out these plastic pieces before putting your dog in it. Otherwise I feel it's a five star product!

You can get a crate relevantly cheap, but they aren't very aesthetic. I came across Diggs Rebel and Evolve. Unfortunately the Rebel is over £500 and the Evolve was around £330 so opted for the cheaper one. Yes, it's expensive as it's coming from the US, however, the quality really shows. The cage was easy to put together, is heavy and looks the business.

The only negative is that the paint is chipped on the divider and a paint defect on one panel, but hopefully this can be replaced and shouldn't impact the functionality.

Positive: looks really nice, not like a prison cell, is heavy duty, easy to assemble and has two doors and it doubles as a play pen.

It is a lot of money but if you are crate training and will need using it forever then it is worth it.
