Flynn and Tate get caught in the middle, and soon an innocent orchard girl, Dakota Faye, is dragged along with them.
She’s strong but stubborn, and unwilling to bend to Tripp’s demands. So she joins the Noble brothers in their fight.
It’s a power struggle between good and evil, but which side will win?

James Leonard grew up loving the wide open spaces of Arizona. A lover of western genre fiction, his passion is to write stories that celebrate life in the old west with heroes that uphold traditional values of moral, with pure motivations and who treats women and children well.

James is the author of Western Justice series. His stories often set in realistic settings that honor the spirit of the old west with traits of perseverance, justice and loyalty. He lives with his wife, Amelia, in Arizona. He's got three grown daughters and five spectacular grandchildren.

I really James Leonard's western of family & friends in the old West.
This one is especially heart finding about two brothers trying to survive after civil war has taken all that is security away. What a wonderful plot with all the hard details of survival. The twist and new people on their journey where God takes them to what will be home.. The grizzly and mountain man was a surprised enjoyable. Maybe a future story??
