1. Go to your Amazon account to initiate return(s).
2. Choose 'Amazon' under 'How will you mail your return?' and select a Fresh store location.
3. Bring the item(s) to the Customer Service desk.
4. Show the QR code (from your return request confirmation email) to an associate.

How to pick up your Amazon package at Amazon Fresh Stores
Pick up your Amazon.com packages at Fresh in two easy steps:
1. Choose pickup at checkout. Shop on Amazon and select Fresh as your delivery address at checkout.
2. Pick up your package: After receiving your delivery confirmation email, go to the counter at Fresh and follow the simple instructions included in your email
Note: You’ll receive your promo over email when your order is ready to pickup. Your promo will be automatically applied at checkout once you redeem it in the email.
