I purchased the warranty for a home camera system. The main dvr went bad they asked me to send it in and couldn’t fix it so they refunded my money with a gift card for Amazon I used it to purchase another one and I’m back up and running again. it’s fantastic I love it. It was Quick, easy no hassles and purchased it again with the new one. I recommend getting warranty if you purchase high dollar items it pays for itself.
