For me this runs circles around Roku as far as ease of use and other features. The only thing I don't like is my TV times out after a very short time and apparently there is not a single thing that can be done about it. Supposedly I have the latest version of this, but the instructions to fix the problem indicate a choice on the menu that does not exist on MY menu. The menu shown on the fix is identical to mine except for that one selection that would fix the issue. It's not that big of a deal, it's just that it puts my TV into what appears to be some type of a sleep mode after half an hour or so and I have to hit the power button to turn it back on.
