I am absolutely impressed with the excellent sound and functions of this Elevate system - my expectations for the Dolby Atmos playback are far exceeded as I was worried that it may not work properly passing the audio through a $300 65 inch Onn 4k TV - however it works flawlessly and automatically with the Dolby Atmos content being streamed on Apple TV, Netflix and Prime Video so far. The remote functions took a little while to understand but they are in fact very simple to use. I really could not be more pleased even with just surround sound broadcasts especially NFL games that sound like you are in a stadium seat - it’s that good. The only negative I encountered was the insufficient length of speaker cord that connects the rear speakers - you have to have a good place for the subwoofer which will allow you reach both sides of the rear of a room - in my case I was way short on having enough length for the right rear speaker because I wanted the subwoofer up front next to the TV table - I purchased the Sanus speaker stands to place behind the couch on one side and behind a theater style double seat on the right rear side - no luck - I am an old speaker wire splicer so I had to decide to cut the very small diameter cord and splice in about 25 more feet of wire which I did and after achieving this the whole setup looked like something in a college dorm room - awful because I used wire clips to run up the left wall across the ceiling and down to the right rear speaker on the opposite wall - it detracted from the whole look of the room so I took it all down after less than a day of wasting my time splicing and taping etc - the end result is that I am not able to use the new surround speakers and stands and was fortunate to have 2 Onkyo surround speakers from a previous AVR setup still mounted up high on the rear ceiling so I spliced into those which eliminated the Vizio speaker wire problem altogether and honestly the Vizio rears are probably not as good as the Onkyos - now I have a near perfect setup that sounds fantastic and I feel good about this purchase again - I highly recommend buying it - just have a backup plan for the rear surrounds because the wires may not reach - and the included wires are nothing more than very thin RCA wires and RCA plugs that connect to the subwoofer - if they were wireless this system could not be beat on how great it sounds
