We were hoping this effects racker would be a nice fit in the mr. vague magic music studio galaxy, especially since it comes not only with modulation effects, but some distortion abilities also. When plugged in the signal chain, we heard some hiss and noise. We changed up cables and tried this and that, but all fingers pointed at the Behringer FX2000 box. We had to return the item and resort to an old favorite, an Alesis Midiverb 4. Maybe this was just one bad apple? One other issue is the inputs. It works best with mixer sends/receives, not with a direct instrument input. We were hoping it would be a good fit, but the noise factor made us cringe just a bit.
