It has good traction on the bottom and doesn't move around very easily.
Easy to clean
Seems to absorb water pretty quickly and I dry myself in the shower so it doesn't stay wet long.

Cons -
Super small
The top is super slippery! I used it once and while stepping out of my shower stepped down and slipped causing me to wipe out on the rim of my bathtub. Even knowing that I still step on it and feel like I have no traction from my feet to the mat.
