I'm quite happy with it upon delivery, but do have to say that it's a little smaller than I expected but fits my essentials (i.e. samsung phone, wallet, a key, a couple of makeup products, etc.). The silver hardware is also a little darker/more dull in-person vs. like the photos- but it fits the look of the bag well.
